- Does my phone number change?
- No. Your phone company forwards the calls you don't answer.
- Can I start with only missed calls?
- Yes. Most owners start there.
- Will it give prices?
- Only prices you approve in writing, word for word. Otherwise it takes a message.
- Does it give advice?
- No medical, safety or legal advice, ever.
- Do you need my passwords?
- No. You sign up for each app in your business's name and invite us with our own login. We never touch your computers.
- Who owns the accounts and the data?
- You do, along with every bill.
- Are calls recorded?
- Yes. Every call starts with a short recording notice.
- Can I switch it off?
- Yes, with 30 days' notice.
- What does it cost?
- Prices are on your one-page plan after a free call.
